INFORMATION
⎯ Make sure that all of the information that you will give is correct. Avoid giving fake information also.
⎯ We can put your name and order(s) on our master sheet.
⎯ Your address and contact number will remain private and will be used for delivery and urgent contact purposes only.
⎯ We will message or call you for urgent purposes, but we will message you first to notify you that we will call. The only number that will call and text you is 09777002360. The numbers that will use our name are not us.
NO PAYMENT FORM
⎯ Make sure to fill out the payment form after paying for your order. We can't confirm and ship out your order without the payment form.
⎯If you paid and didn't fill out the payment form, we cannot update your status to 'PAID' and we can't deliver your order. Please do know that there will be no refund granted in this situation.
⎯No payment form means no delivery of order. We will cancel your order and you will be marked as a joy-pre orderer.
LATE PAYMENT FEE
⎯ Contact us directly on Twitter and Facebook if you will pay for your order late so we won't cancel your order.
⎯The late payment fee will be P25 per day.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER(S)
⎯ Cancellation of order is strictly not allowed. If you failed to pay for your order, we will mark you as a bogus buyer or joy-pre orderer.
⎯ We also have the right to cancel your order(s) if we think that you didn't follow our Terms&Conditions and if you once ordered but end up being a joy pre-orderer or bogus buyer.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER FEE
⎯ If you want to cancel your order, you have to pay the cancellation fee which is P250.00. We won't be marking you as a joy pre-orderer/bogus buyer and will delete your order on our system and master sheet. You may still order from us again.
⎯For Cancellation of an order, email us at merch.booksbyroyal@gmail.com and the email subject must be 'CANCELLATION OF ORDER'. Emails without email subject will be ignored. The email must consist of the following;

MISSING ITEM
⎯ You must have an unboxing video.
⎯ Please read the Return and Refund Policy for more details.
DAMAGED ITEM
⎯Before sending you your order, we do quality check first. We also wrap your order with multiple layers of bubble wrap. Our shop is not shy when it comes to bubble wrap. If ever that you received a damaged item and it happened to be the courier's fault, I'm sorry but we can't do refund or send you another one.
CHANGE OF ORDER, MOD, AND MOP
⎯ You should be 100% sure with your order(s), MOD and MOP before checking out. We won't entertain any changes to the following, unless we offer.
